Spotless hotel room. Staff don't speak perfect English. Some none. We have Google translate. So no issues with my ignorance of not knowing Spanish. Only person I did not like was - Sebastian. Shame on you. Very dismissive. I wouldn't take that a detraction from this hotel. In my experience there is always a staff member thats just there for a job. So refused to feed me lunch. Not even a surcharge option. The hotel was immaculate. Cleaner on every day. The food was plentiful. You could have the items in English. Again. Google translate resolved this. Staff always smiling. Big shout out to Sam(Miguel). The lady on the bar and the hotel manager. Lastly, Jose who was very kind enough to provide me with a safe key. I would be more than happy to return to this hotel. With pleasure. Thank you so much for your hospitality. I only tend to add negative photos. So no photos, are a very good achievement!! Outstanding. The hotel room was small but was clean and had the little touches like toiletries well stocked up with towels and toilet rolls and the cleaners were there in the mornings too do there jobs nice and friendly, We only had room only it suited us because we did eat out for breakfast before we went too the beach, we ate at the restaurant called refuel the staff were friendly and helpful telling us where too go for drinks and nightlife for are stay, the walk too the beach from the hotel was about 15 minutes walk away down hill but walking back up it was a bit longer.

It is clean staff are nice and friendly, bed made daily with towels replaced daily and the free entertainment from friday till Monday was a awesome, relaxing and good to get to enjoy and learn about the Spanish culture. It is close to all amenities including a lovely clean beach and you could go on the boat to the Island. we are planning to visit soon and hopefully the hotel will mot be booked out on our future dates.The manager was a humble man that prioritise customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Comfortable twin room, everything spotless, great location, friendly staff, nice roof-top pool and sun area, guests 95% Spanish pensioners. Good food and plenty of it. I was on half-board and wine on tap was included with dinner, plus there was cava at breakfast! That was an unexpected treat.

I like how accommodating the staff are. It's near the beach and very accessible to everything-grocery and anything you need. It was worth the stay even if we booked it last minute. The place is nice and quiet. I would stay here again.
